Monthly Service:

Monthly service contracts are available from ZigZap for organizations that require part-time or full-time IT personal. Minimum of 1 year contract required.

Emergency Response:

ZigZap can respond to any technical problem 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Service that requires immediate attention or falls outside normal business hours is subject to an emergency response fee in addition to ZigZap's hourly rate.
